South Cleveland Heart Fund is a is a 100% voluntary charitable organisation dedicated to supporting The James Cook University Hospital Cardiothoracic Unit.

Who benefits from the work done by South Cleveland Heart Fund?

We would hope that by providing equipment, training grants and research funding The James Cook University Hospital Cardiothoracic unit, patients their relatives and carers would all benefit.

Who decides how monies raised are spent?

The committee receives requests from the Surgical and Cardiology teams at The James Cook University Hospital Cardiothoracic unit, which are considered by the committee and usually funded
