Hearts + Minds Appeal was launched in 2022 to establish the South Cleveland Heart Fund Cardiovascular Research Unit at JCUH – something we have aspired to for many years. Now we have two Professors in place it is the last feather in the cap that will enhance the reputation of the unit, attract funding for research and attract new funding. Fundraising was shared between us and Our Hospitals Charity.
