Support for your heart and mind!
Welcome to the personal website of the South Cleveland Heart Fund. The James Cook University Hospital is a major tertiary centre providing leading edge acute hospital services and is the largest hospital - with a wide range of specialities on one site - of its type in Europe. The cardiology unit offers a full and comprehensive range of modern, diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for a large population. These include facilities for the insertion and follow-up of pacemakers, echocardiography, exercise stress testing, various monitoring procedures and electrophysiology including radiofrequency, ablations and implantable defibrillators.
